- End To end responsibility of entire Portfolio for complex / High Profile accounts : All collection for the portfolio basis defined collectors strategy and accountability for aged receivables on metrics / SLA’s
- Service stops/ remove new stops based on P 8456.
- The UMCC and the on account payments as per ICMP guidelines are being reviewed.
- What are the write-offs for bad aged debt?
- Debt and cash targets met on a quarter/month basis with accountability
- Punctual and accurate dunning process + handing over of debtors who cannot / do not want to pay to legal collections.
- Identification and assistance for process improvement opportunities around collection + system improvements.
