You also will work with a number of departments to evaluate their hiring needs and priorities and make certain they have the necessary talent to do great work. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll have an impactful role in forging solid relationships with clients and responding to their needs and making sure that they maximize returns from Atlan’s platform. This is a rare mix of managing people and working with data, where you will learn multiple aspects of recruiting, client success, and HR operations at a high-growth tech company.

Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Success Manager
- Act as the principal contact point for customer queries and escalations.
- Developing and maintaining large, long-term relationships with clients being served.
- Perform frequent account and business reviews to ensure your clients are satisfied.
- Create and provide training sessions or materials to ensure customers are able to leverage the product successfully.
- Onboarding of new customers to ensure seamless deployment of product or service.
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product and Support) to make sure the customers are onboarded as expected
