What You Will Be Doing As Financial Specialist, Global Real Estate

• Preparation of purchase orders, accounts payable invoice payment processing and tracking for both operating and capital projects
• Assist in the preparation of the accounting close and financial reporting including journal entries and balance sheet and operating statement account reconciliation for the APAC region
• Assist in the preparation of the forecasts, reporting and analysis related to the annual budget and monthly estimate process
• Work closely with the Financial Analyst for along with the broader Global Real Estate team in achieving set goals and executing on projects
• Uses broader knowledge of financial principles and theories and the organizations to improve processes

What You Will Be Doing As Application Associate, Financial Modeling

• Ability to understand client-specific requirements across all covered data sets and products.
• Work with clients across multiple geographies including USA, EMEA and APAC and address their requirements.
• Create quantitative models, screens, and presentations, among others, for our customers using our suite of products.
• Support our customer base in their research by responding to requests that come through calls, e-mails, and meetings.
• Partner with product teams on timely and thorough testing of our products, with an eye towards exceptional customer experience.
• Consistently make proactive suggestions around product usability, presentation, and data quality.
• Work with product experts on projects which improve and develop subject matter expertise.
• Drive Team initiatives and knowledge sharing activities to support the culture of learning and development.

Skills Required for the job

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the fundamentals of business, financial statements, and investments. Proficient in research and analysis.
• Good knowledge and understanding of capital and commodity markets.
