Key Responsibilities for Operation Executive:
- Intimation of process claim, registration and documentation.
- Create check policy coverage and determine admissibility of claims.
- Organize the check of vehicles with assistance of the surveyors and workshops.
- Check estimates and test technical accuracy.
- Enter into agreements with garages in order to control the price of repair.
- Check claim forms and determine red flags/ anomalies.
- Prepare settlement notes and make process claims in TAT.
- Give updates and assistance on claims to clients.
- Make sure that the IRDAI rules and processes are adhered to.
- Keep MIS records and follow up claims.
