  • Invoice Follow-Up: Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payment. AR Callers use effective communication skills to address any billing discrepancies, answer queries, and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
  • Payment Posting: Recording and updating payment information in the accounting system. AR Callers are responsible for accurately documenting received payments, verifying details, and reconciling records to maintain accurate financial data.
  • Customer Communication: Interacting with customers via phone or email to establish positive relationships. AR Callers address customer inquiries, provide billing information, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to accounts receivable.
  • Reconciliation: Collaborating with internal departments, such as the finance or billing team, to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. AR Callers may also work on identifying and resolving any billing errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
