What you’ll do:
- Ideas – Knowledge of the client context/ geography/ delivery area and the ability to use sound reality checks on realistic solutions to filter options available is a necessity and then recommend implementable solutions
- Assist the Manager/ Project Leader in initiating day-to-day activities on conceptualizing research, discover new ideas and enhance client engagement for EDA
- Understand the work plan and execute it well (industry research, preparing slides/data analysis initiatives etc.)
- Own defect analysis and ensure key questions are answered in timely manner
- Communicate insights from own stream in an impactful manner. Deliver polished and professional presentations to the team
- Stay ahead of the various trends in consumer products industry and identify these insights to get inserted into the insights development process
Eligibility For Analyst – Data & Insights
- Be a graduate with a strong academic record and 0-18 months of relevant work experience in the consulting/ market research domain
- Intermediate level skill set with Advanced MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of advanced data analytic tools (Python, SQL, Power BI) is advantageous
- Familiarity (or exposure to) Consumer Products, with an awareness of data, metrics and trends in this area is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with data sources like Euromonitor, NielsonIQ, CapitalIQ etc. Would be a plus
- Experience with Gen-AI based tools and technologies would be a plus.
- Have a curious and creative mind, open to new things and can contribute innovative proposals
- In any team environment, often remote, working well and effectively in a group dynamic. Working Agile
