Tech Mahindra is conducting mega online interviews for the Hiring of Customer Support Associate (WFH). A good opportunity for both the beginners as well as experienced candidates with minimal 6 months of experience. This is a voice inbound (E-commerce process) and it is a Domestic BPO service, the associates will receive the customers’ calls. Technical requirements are i5+ Ryzen 7th gen processor, 10+ GB RAM, Windows 10/11 and a good Internet connection of 20+ MBPS. The shifts will be rotational and will have 6 working days in a week for 9 hours of online work (8 hours work and 1 hour break). The associates should be able to read Malayalam and basic English. This is a work from home job, a good opportunity for freshers to start their career in BPO. It’s a contractual role.

- This is an eligible laptop: i5; >10GB RAM; Windows 10.
