It is a great opportunity to both the newcomers and experienced job hunters (at least 6 months experience). It is a Domestic BPO voice inbound (E-commerce process) where the applicants will be receiving customer enquiries. The requirements will be i5/ Ryzen 7th generation or more, 10+ GB RAM and windows 10/11 operating system, a consistent Internet connection with minimum speed of 20 Mbps. The position has rotational shifts and weekly offs with6 working days and 9 hours of online daily work (8 hours working and 1 hour break). It is expected that the candidates will be knowledgeable in reading Malayalam and simple English. It is a contractual but work-at-home job and a good starting point to a candidate who wishes to start a career in the BPO industry.
