Responsibilities For Analyst :
- Respond to ASA deadlines with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
- Need to have working knowledge of health insurance products/ policies and health plans’ guidelines to be able to assist members.
- Knowledge of AXA Health insurance claims life cycle from Policy Servicing, Underwriting, Pre-authorization, Claims and Complaints. Provider sourcing etc.,
- Respond to the maturity calls and live chat requests received from members, addressing their health insurance policy related queries including pre-authorization, policy servicing and claims processing.
- Comply with company policies and procedures along with all applicable regulatory requirements in an organized and ethical manner, assist where necessary.
- Working with internal teams to help resolve member issues effectively and also escalate cases when not resolved on time.
- Manage both live chat and inbound voice calls with a professional and empathetic attitude for positive customer support.
- Needs to document member interaction and information for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Open and manage a Complaint log on views of members regarding the services.
- Deal with customer complaints in a sensitive manner and offer solutions relevant to the complaint, follow up on the resolution.
