Responsibilities for AR callers
- Trackdown and request payment from medical insurers on any pending/denied claims.
- Responsible for AR analysis and denial resolution, underpayments, claim follow-up.
- Investigate the insurance feeds and take appropriate actions to mitigate the claim.
Eligibility Criteria
- Should have at least 18+ months experience in Healthcare RCM / AR.
- Working experience in ATHENA (added advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of claim adjudication, denials and insurance follow-up.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good Typing Speed and Attention to detail.
- Flexible to workin different shifts – Team player
