- Update, track and maintain the commercial trackers for Retail projects – BOQs, vendor contracts special work orders (payment status & payment reconciliation) Doc Management
- Schedule provides the cost summaries, budget utilization reports and variance analyses to help with financial planning and control.
- Create periodic MIS reports for stakeholders and finance users, making sure that it is accurate and useful.
- Work with finance to track and manage vendor payments, advances releases and invoice processing.
