Role & Responsibilities for Intern
- You’ll be a champion for the UX team, and work with UX practitioners to existentially scale the operations of the UX organization.
- You will help create fertile ground for growth of UX skills in the org,such as through codified learning, etc.
- You’ll contribute to regular communications up, down and out to ensure alignment and clarity of purpose.
- You will drive the UX org’s participation/involvement in and preparation for Salesforce events, ensuring conference speakers/panels/sponsors/presentations are taken care of.
- You’ll put the health of your team first, and help to ensure a regular cadence of community and culture building activities that bring our team together in celebration!
- You will assist us codifying process, scaling best practices and making it easier to do great UX work.
- Last (but certainly not least), you’ll be a core part of our Salesforce UX Operations team which is an opportunity and position that requires confidence, motivation, upbeat attitude, and grace.
