Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Service Executive
- Handles inbound and outbound calls of salaried customers for Personal Loan applications, disbursals, EMIs, repayments & account related queries
- Check for timeliness and courteous resolution of customer queries & complaints—you should strive to resolve everything in the first call.
- Help clients with loan statements, repayment schedules, foreclosure requests and NOC Queries.
- Refer un-resolved or complicated queries to the internal team and follow up timely for closure
- In the CRM itself, you are to track nearly every interaction with customers, feedback from them, and resolution of any issues.
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly target for call quality, average handling time (AHT), customer satisfaction (CSAT) and schedule adherence.
- Monitor for complete compliance to RBI/company guidelines, data privacy guidelines and call quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (collections, credit, tech) to provide timely solutions to customer issues.
Eligibility Criteria – Customer Service Executive
- Candidates need to have passed Bachelor’s i.e. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Anyone with 0–4 years of work experience and fresher applicants are eligible to apply.
- This requires a good interpersonal and communication skills.
