- Make outbound calls to clients seeking Personal Loan EMI collections.
- Send reminders to customers for future EMI payments and overdue ones as well.

- Give follow up to customers with respect to his payment commitments
- Record interactions and promised payments by the customers in the system.
- Make sure that each customer engagement is professional, fair and compassionate.
