Job Requirements for Intern
- Last year students or graduates of a university.
- Field of study: Engineering or Manufacturing and other related technical areas.
- To be full-time and in-office (in Chennai most of the times)
- Internship period: 2 to 12 Months
- Normally April till May.
- Work for 6 days a week.
- Work in shifts.
- Monitor processes on the production floor and have to be available outside of normal work hours.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (lean workflows and assembly, quality control, etc.).
- 5S and other safety standard knowledge.
- Basic skills for cooperation in production operations, material flow, inspection, and behavioral compliance monitoring.
- Appropriate written and spoken communication.
