Roles & Responsibility for US Healthcare (Voice) Role

• Customize any calls that are being received and sent from customers by US doctors.
• Assist customers with questions, claims and policy information regarding health care.
• Review the patient’s insurance and eligibility.
• Provide accurate information regarding billing, claims status and services.
• Tools and language used to be outdated, shatter the old system.
• Edit details in the system about calls and cases.
• Obey company and US healthcare system protocols.
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
• Keep customers satisfied, and quality is maintained.
