Responsibilities: 1. Ensure 100% adherence to shipment plan and ensure that orders are dispatched timely with accuracy. 2. Creation of OBD within 24 hrs & have soverview of pending dues, before dispatch 3. Verfification & booking of transporter invoices in SAP & forwarding to finance for payment. 4. Online auction, Negotiate and Finalize yearly transportation & Warehouse contracts 5. Cost monitoring for transportation & warehouses. 6. Monthly reporting of Sales report, Per kg freight cost report, SCM cost report, Premium freight report & 7. Delivery efficiency report 8. Dispatches Monitoring (Band – +/- 20% of average of total dispatch as per SNOP) to maintain workload at FG warehouses. Manage per day dispatch plan. 9. Handling complaints & insurance process 10. Responsible for special shipment costs, return deliveries & creation of routes for MDM. 11. Ensure on time delivery. 12. Freight cost reduction. | |||||
