- Video KYC enable customers to submit their KYC information through a video call from any place of their convenience ensuring compliance, faster on-boarding and minimize time to revenue.
- Video KYC facilitates in improving the customer experience while saving on KYC cost.
- Delivers outstanding customer service to their customers by interacting with them in person with trained official to streamline the KYC process.
- Complies with the internal control requirements of HSBC
- Finish up all required and suggested LMS modules on time
- Comply with any applicable AML requirements & Global Standards (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Minimum of graduation or as required for the position (whichever is greater).
- Must have a skill level of proficient (or higher) in language(s) as needed by the process
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Shows pride in providing what is agreed on with the customer and the service’s expectations
