Responsibilities For Analyst

• Keep a daily record of all money-related activities.
• Make invoices, e-invoices, sales orders, and delivery slips using Tally Prime.
• Receive bills from vendors and expense claims from employees and mark them as received.
• Check if a cost is a regular expense or something that needs to be added to company assets.
• Go through bills and employee claims to make sure they follow the rules and get approval before recording.
• Enter regular accounting records after checking if TDS or GST applies.
• Prepare payment details for vendors and employees as per the set rules.
• Match and check the balances of customers, suppliers, and bank accounts.
• Work out TDS every month and help with TDS returns every three months.
• Make schedules for spreading out prepaid expenses over time.
• File all vouchers regularly—daily, weekly, or monthly—as required.
• Get audit-related documents ready and work with the auditors.

Responsibilities For Associate Consultant

• Find similar companies and similar deals to compare and figure out how much the company is worth.
• Work out the WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital), including things like peer company beta and debt/equity details.
• Prepare lists of information and questions needed for the project.
• Build valuation models using the company’s business plans and details from the team.
• Compare financial and business performance with other companies.
• Write parts of valuation reports and short notes.

Responsibilities For Financial Services

• Detailed mapping of message types such as pain.001, pacs.008, pacs.009, pain.002, MT103, MT202, and MT202Cov has been performed.
• Work has been done on payment engines like GPS and on international payment schemes including SEPA.
• A solid understanding of clearing and settlement methods has been demonstrated.
• Agile ways of working have been consistently followed.
• Participation in at least 2–3 digital project deliveries at large banks has been completed.
• Core BA responsibilities such as requirement gathering, prioritization, user story writing, and gap analysis have been handled with a strong focus on business impact.
• Engagements with senior and cross-regional stakeholders have been effectively managed.
• Communication and articulation skills have been proven strong.
• Experience on transformation projects (rather than only IT or process-based projects) is preferred.
