Roles & Responsibilities For Data Analyst – Investment Banking
- Review transactions flowing from external sources such as Cap IQ, SDC, Dealogic, FactSet etc.
- Create companies transacting in market and maintain data relating clients.
- Ensure accuracy of company details, region, industry classification and team information.
- Work with Global CFO’s and Business Unit Managers & Leaders to have updated details.
- Investigate, validate and update ownership structure both Strategic and Sponsor per market updates from vendor sources (CapIQ, Dealogic, LCD, Merger Market, FactSet etc.)
- Updating public and private financials for companies associated with priced deals.
Skills & Requirements For Data Analyst – Investment Banking
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products
