Key Responsibilities for Each Role
Internship :
- Develop and refine generative-AI workflows using Python and LangChain.
- Oversee the coordinated, secure wind-down of legacy Microsoft systems, guiding assessment, migration, and cutover while protecting day-to-day operations.
- Advance the .NET Sunset Program by inventorying older applications, drafting migration or retirement road maps, securing cross-functional alignment, and delivering scalable replacements.
- Design and iterate prompt templates that elicit the most accurate responses from large language models.
- Integrate LangChain tools and agents into current business workflows to enable seamless, end-to-end automation.
- Construct retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector stores that enhance answer precision and relevance .
Planning & Production Controller :
- Work with the Airbus team deployed in Vadodara/Hyderabad and support the Industrialization of Make In India (Industrial Managers of MCA, Pre-FAL/IWA/FAL and FL/DC)
- Development of key KPIs, focus on parts management
- Implement and stabilize a work process between Airbus and supplier partner on how we share information and prioritise missing parts
- Ensure parts, which are Airbus’ responsibility, arrive in India on time
- Visibility for the Airbus Spain team on actual assembly need dates
- Visibility for the Airbus Spain team on white, red and black parts
- Visibility for the Supplier Partner on coverage progress, availability of detail parts and equipment under Airbus’ responsibility
- Management of rejections at reception at facilities in India (shortages and excess)
- Ensure the correct balance of coverage due to secondary flow
