Associate Business Systems Analyst – Key Responsibilities
- It’s critical to understand the Sales or Channels/Partners processes and operations as much as possible.
- Building relationships with internal customers, understanding their needs, working together on solutions and serving as a partner in required analysis, prioritization and testing for customer-facing organizations.
- Studying business requirement & possibilities in order to recommend solutions that correspond with the same and assists in organization’s goal achievement.

- Working with developers, architects, managers and business teams to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

- Possess at least 3+ years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP or CRM systems implementation and support.

- Possess experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others.
