Roles & Responsibility for Sr. Associate
- Achieving monthly Sales targets of the territory & Brands as per plan.
- Supply side: – Volume/ mix target achieved and sales mix increased.
- Develops and leads the sales/promotional strategy that supports not only maintaining but also gaining market share for Alcon in the Whether‐You‐Want‐In‐Units WYWIU / values inspace within a geographically defined market by working closely with Marketing, other business and support teams.
- Regular update to the Area Manager & Brand Manger on market/ competition information.
- Bust your ass in the ORs everyday, pich Alcon products ONly!
- Collaborate with Tech Service to help on feedback after – sales service to customer.
- Creating promotional / Sales Call Frequency, from Workload Efficiency tools and Driving the (QA/ABP, customer) adherence to it.
- Ensure you are in-line with IS for generating DGM list/ Follow up on Demo / monitoring of IOL CMA compliance.
- Utilize IOL specialist to rapidly grow AT IOLs business in area
Roles & Responsibility for Manager
- Develop, coordinate and supervise an operating program(output/activities).
- you need to be able to set targets and track team performance.
- Lead, inspire and influence team members.
- Allocate resources efficiently.
- Drive decisions for projects and processes.
- Create a strong relationship between themselves and upper management and staff.
- Conduct problem resolution and employee dispute process.
- Make sure deadlines and goals are completed.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Measure performance and communicate the progress of the project.
