Internship with Myntra provides an excellent learning experience to students and new graduates who are aspiring to develop a career in business operations and e-commerce. As a relationship manager in this position, you will serve a group of selected sellers, serving as their main point of contact and assisting them to successfully begin their journey on its platform. You will be educated and trained on commonly used questions by sellers, and they will be given fast and correct advice to go through the onboarding process promptly. Moreover, you will have practical experience in learning the entire process of onboarding and will conduct training sessions to inform sellers about the functionality of the platform. You will also be charged with helping the sellers with their questions, issuing service tickets where necessary, and communicating with the Seller Accounts team to get issues resolved effectively.

Responsibilities for Apprentice
- Be the owner of the relationship with a small number of sellers as their relationship manager/contact.
- Get familiar with the FAQ of seller questions and complete the seller questions to have a quick preparation to begin onboarding.
- Know how to onboard, and hold several sessions of training the sellers to get to know the onboarding process
- Assist with Seller inquiries and assist in placing any service tickets that the latter has occasionally. Work with the
- Seller Accounts team to help resolve open tickets.
- Understand the process surrounding packaging, payments terms & frequency, accounts reconciliations and to give certainty to the sellers and get to know the net settlement.
- Understand the ungating logic that is driven and implement to sellers that are becoming live.
Qualifications & Experience
- Communication skills – articulation is highly important.
- Knowledge of how to operate tools such as excel and also Google sheets.
- Communication skills to communicate and present training decks to sellers.
