Key Responsibility for Analyst
- The program for independent testing and monitoring will be supported by a risk-assessed plan on an annual basis, with the use of established testing methodology.
- Develop a full scope of operational risk coverage universe to provide support for the development of an annual plan based on risks.
- Independently track trends and activities related to operational risk throughout the company.
- The development of a successful challenge process that incorporates clearly defined standards and is integrated with the organization’s yearly planning process will be supported and carried out.
- Perform Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Effectiveness (ToE) procedures and document all related to control testing.
- Show a deep understanding of all applicable policies and regulations regarding RCSA, PRCA, ERM, internal control frameworks, and risk parameters.
Eligibility Criteria For Analyst
- (CA/CS/MBA/B.Tech) or (Master’s) in Economics/Statistics/other related area (preferably from a leading institution), 0-3 years’ experience.
- Deep knowledge of the key steps in the management of critical operational risks (i.e. identification, assessment, mitigation/control, monitoring/reporting) and the processes used to manage issues arising from these risks.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process governance and knowledge of regulations, policies, and operational standards
- Supporting implementation of operational risk governance frameworks
- Developing and communicating procedures and standards for operational risk while maintaining compliance.
- Supporting operational risk examination and regulatory management processes
