Job description
- Motivation of performance, employee engagement and employee retention programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to coordinate HR strategies and those of the business.
- Be a confidant of employee issues and dispute resolution.
- Control entire lifecycle (hiring to firing) of employees.
- Manage time off, payroll and attendance.
- Proper documentation, HRMS updates, and accuracy of the data.
- Manage overall administration and coordination with vendors.
- Facilitate day-to-day administrative operations.
- Direct office work, facilities, and experience.
- Make sure that there are compliance with labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria
- HR experience of 67 years of experience with exposure to hiring , HRBP, and Operations.
- Good experience in IT / Non-IT hiring.
- Practical experience in HR processes and administration.
- HR compliances knowledge would be an advantage.
