Roles & Responsibilities for Officer/Executive-Regulatory Affairs-Regulated Markets
- Understand and complete regulatory changes, renewals, amendments and annual reports.
- Keep tabs on regulatory or regulatory environment changes and implement the changes in time.
- Keep regulatory files, submission records and product lifecycle files.
- Answer regulatory authority queries, deficiency notification and information request within the stipulated time.
- Inspect product labels, packaging and artwork for compliance.
- Attend audits and inspections, submit regulatory documentation and support.
- Work with the global regulatory teams, partners and distributors on submission activities.
- Update regulatory databases, eCTD/RIM.
- Know regulatory risks and suggest appropriate mitigation options.
Eligibility Criteria
- Understanding of regulatory submissions, including new registrations, variations, renewal and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of preparing dossiers and electronic submissions (eCTD).
- Very good understanding of GMP, GLP and Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate verbally.
- Excellent problem solving, documentation and analysis skills.
- Working on cross functional teams and handling several projects on time.
- Agility to gain knowledge of shifting regulatory standards and change the way things are done.
