Roles & Responsibilities for Logistics Executive
- Arrange and coordinate transport and deliveries.
- Implement methods to deliver goods as well as receipts within a defined time period.
- Oversee all logistical activities (such as current goods and shipments inventories)
- Investigate and solve shipment and delivery problems.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, storage facilities and consumers.
- Create shipment documentation and invoicing and delivery documentation.
- To control stock levels and coordinate with staff to restock stock.
- Optimize costs and service quality by researching and sourcing providers of logistics services.
- Review and study logistics activities, document and report outcomes of transportation and delivery activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Office and logistics/ERP software is a plus.
- Must possess communication and coordination skills.
- Must have analytical and problem solving skills.
- Should have the ability to work quickly and be able to multitask.
