Key Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks, documentation, and communication for GPOS Configuration, Capabilities, Exits, and other key projects are supported by the PSIM Project Management team.
- Program and process data is used and shared through close collaboration with process owners, vendors, tech teams, and the MIS COE.
- Customer and agent experience improvements are suggested by using data and journey analysis to influence stakeholders.
- Project process improvements are discussed with stakeholders, and any needed changes are led through change management efforts.
Business Acumen:
- Understand how business processes work, what drives revenue, and use data to find ways to make things better.
- Know how to choose what’s most important when many tasks are needed, and turn business needs into clear, trackable tasks.
- Good at building strong relationships inside and outside Amex, and skilled at leading conversations and influencing others.
- Spot connections between projects early and give correct estimates of how much work they will need.
- Project Management experience (like PMP, Agile, or Waterfall) is a big plus.
- Experience with call center systems, processes, and reporting is highly valued.
- Knowing how to manage 3rd party vendors is a bonus.
