Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of products and capabilities that solve core needs of the business in partnership with Technology, Design, Analytics and Enterprise stakeholders.
- Develop and test proof revenue concepts taking in customer feedback to reinvent product architecture & design.
- Monitor the health of products and user analytics, troubleshooting problems proactively and driving adoption and engagement through actionable insights.

- Develop new data products in the areas of commercial prospecting and customer targeting to inform a profitable acquisition strategy.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve unstructured problems
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- HIVE, SAS, SQL, Excel (Good to have -Python)
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
