Roles & Responsibilities – Executive Payroll
- Make timely and proper payroll payments to employees.
- Fill out all HR reporting documents and submit for approval by manager/senior manager.
- Compute and withhold taxes and other garnishments from payroll checks
- Make sure that all the necessary legislation and internal policies are adhered to.
- Check all overtime hours with the proper management staff before making payroll checks
- Work with Human Resources (HR) and accounting departments
- Get and confirm information for direct deposit banking with employees
- Conduct semi-annual payroll and accounting audit for internal control.
- Keep records and produce reports
- Maintain general ledger with regard to payroll transactions
- Solve problems and answer payroll queries
Eligibility Criteria – Executive Payroll
- Proven experience as a in similar role of 1-3 Years
- Knowledge of the procedures and legislation for payroll.
- Excellent knowledge of multi-location payroll and taxes
- Knowledge of different HRMS tools.
- An analytical mind and good math skills
