- Offer phone scheduling on the fly and call flow support in a hectic office involving numerous clients and business lines.
- As high call volumes are a major contributor to long wait times and call abandon rates, especially when staff levels are no longer proportionate to those calls.
- Staff agents based on call volumes accordingly (using tactics such as scheduling adjustments or off lining tasks during low call times).
- Deliver reports every two hours daily, weekly, and monthly to help management make decisions on staffing and training requirements.
- Facilitate the flow of information between Call Center Operations and IT/Telecom to troubleshoot call flow, routing, reporting and system problems through escalation procedures.
