Roles and Responsibilities For Account Manager
- Own execution excellence by establishing yourself as SPOC for all OEM related matters (Agreement, Sales, Service, operations, O2C)
- Cocreate (with P&P team) and implement Sales/budget plans to foster OEM business growth and enhance market share.
- Collaborate with OEMs to design mutually accepted business model for neighboring countries (SL, NP, BG) and lead revenue generation
- Closely work with Internal (Bayer Sales & Tender team) and external (OEM, Institutes, Tendering Authorities, ect.) stakeholders to win big tender
- Develop transformation/Transition journey of the market towards connected device
- Plan regular promotional and training programs for above group from OEMs teams to create competitive edge
- Map all India Team (Sales, Modality, Project & Service) of Various OEMs and Develop and lead strategic partnerships with key stake holders of major OEMs
- Develop joint marketing/sales plans to increase market access/penetration and create brand pull for Bayer’s devices
- Develop CoE &PoC in collaboration with OEMs for high end injectors
- Elevate customer experience through seamless coordination with Customer Engagement (Business Operations Team) & Professional Services (Device Service) team.
- Implement/Execute OEM related initiatives developed by regional marketing team
Roles and Responsibilities For Area Business Manager
- Develop sales strategies for assigned customers and potential customers for the territory.
- Communicate customer requirements to proper internal personnel/collaborate.
- Participate in local organizations to maintain awareness of industry issues.
- Call on customers to sell Bayer products and present recommendations for product introduction.
- Plan and organize Bayer organized educational programmers for the institution/customers (mini-STAR, H&H Day etc.)
- Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information.
- Achieving or exceed budgeted sales volume for assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain stocks at the distributor level for proper catering.
- Formulate and recommend strategies for achieving long and short business plans for key accounts and assigned territory/market.
- Develop and update the annual sales forecast.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Be agile and learn continuously.
- On need base, extend expertise and act as an application specialist for the region
