Responsibilities for Intern
- Ensuring timely and accurate compliance assessment of employee’s expense claims with Company’s Policies, Procedures and any external regulatory requirement.
- Support Administrator of the expense management application.
- Card Administrator to support the corporate Credit Card program.
- Identify, capture and communicate to management exceptions to Policy.
- Respond to inquiries about the expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction.
- Make monthly reports about company cards and money given to workers.
- Help connect the expense system (Ramp) with NetSuite.
