Responsibilities for Insurance Process

  • Guide customer through the processes to issue, renew, and cancel policies.
  • Process and evaluate insurance claims and the supporting documentation.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records of customers and insurance policies.
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits and coverage of their insurance policies as well as the terms and condition of their insurance contracts.
  • Ensure accurate data entry.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service goals.
  • Implement the organization’s internal policies and procedures and especially ensure the principles of confidentiality and compliance are maintained.
  • Regardless of the mode of communication (telephone, electronic, or chat), deliver to the customer the same high quality of service.

Minimum Eligibilty:

  • Graduation mandatory
  • Minimum 6 months experience (Insurance preferred)

  • Flexible to work in night shifts
