Bhumi Work From Home Jobs – Roles & Responsibilities For Associate / Lead – Volunteer Management, Catalyse
- Lead initiatives towards promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among citizens, especially youth
- Lead and execute efforts to identify, recruit and onboard volunteers and volunteer leaders for the program
- Design overall vision, goals and roadmap for the volunteer leaders and their projects
- Plan and execute robust support structures for volunteer leaders and teams including mentoring, problem solving, partnerships and expert connections
- Support volunteer teams with operational aspects including but not limited to project management portal, marketing, communication and finance
- Lead the overall data collection, analysis, reporting and management for the volunteer teams
- Lead and support in partnerships and collaborations towards scaling the number of volunteer teams and accelerate impact of existing teams
