Job description for Record To Report & Procure To Pay
- General Ledger knowledge is a prerequisite.
- Calculation and processing of General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, and other entries are done as per the schedules and Client Desktop Procedures.
- Monthly reconciliation of accounting entries and posting of realized and unrealized accounting entries are completed.
- General Ledger Allocations are prepared and maintained.
- Activities associated with Period End Closing are performed as per the submitted timetable and other agreed procedures.
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment.
- Validation of invoices for payment against PO and resolving discrepancies.
- Interacting with internal clients/ departments for the creation of POs and submission and payment of invoices.
