Role Accountabilities
- Support tickets sent by L1 contacts are handled and fixed.
- Clients are helped by phone, email, or remote assistance.
- New technologies related to Coates products are kept up-to-date with.
- Cases are updated and worked on quickly, with SLAs being followed.
- Strong communication with clients is maintained to keep them happy.
- Problems are solved, and SLAs are met by working with clients and team members.
- Software and hardware problems are fixed within the set SLA.
- Tickets in the system are fixed.
- Basic network support is provided.
- Hardware is set up, and software is installed.
- Difficult issues are escalated to the Project Manager and Support Lead.
- Basic troubleshooting is done, and technicians are worked with for complex problems.
- New stores are set up when they are introduced.
- Small devices are checked and fixed, including SSD and RAM replacements, software installations, and warranty applications.
Role Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware is required.
- Different shifts, including night shifts, are worked in.

- Understanding of server-client architecture is required.
