Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for end users having IT issues via the Service Desk.
- Submit, track and finalize Service Desk Tickets precisely and punctually in accordance with SLA’s.
- Resolve hardware, and/or software issues that improve the workflow.
- Collaborate with IT staff for the escalation and resolution of intricate problems.
Eligibility criteria
- 2025 and 2026 Graduates from all streams of UG (BCom, BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, etc.)
- Students who are enrolled in full-time Postgraduate programs are NOT eligible.
- You should NOT have scored less than 50% in X, XII, your Diploma and/or your Graduation (no rounding up of 49.9% to 50% will be accepted).
- S/he should have at least 50% aggregate in the degree being pursued and should have no standing arrears at the time of joining.
- Online applications for re-evaluation would have been submitted, and the application would have been validated against the initial declared result score.
- CGPA to %: A conversion will be done as per the University guidelines from where the candidate has pursued her/his Graduation.
- IMPORTANT: Students with arrears are NOT eligible to apply.
