Primary responsibility would be:
- Review failed payments and reach out to customers to prevent service interruptions.
- Manage all post-sales tasks for your clients to ensure they stay engaged.
- Check channels for churn and talk to customers to understand their concerns and step in if needed.
- Review customer accounts monthly to find opportunities for upgrades.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers needing answers to technical questions.
- Use data to guide your daily work, focusing on account health, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn.
- Join customer calls and respond to customer emails as required.
- Help develop and improve processes that will grow and adjust with the business.
- Understand customer use cases deeply and use that knowledge to build stronger customer relationships.
- Assist in managing new customer setups and implementations.
- Collaborate with R&D to better understand how customers use the product and encourage them to engage more.
Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities
- Be able to plan and work on your own.
- Be able to explain technical ideas and how they help the business to customers.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success is required.
- Work well remotely and stay on track.
- Good communication skills in both writing and speaking in English.
- Stay proactive and keep up with your client accounts.
- Comfortable talking to customers over email and in video calls.
- Be a problem-solver and work well with others, whether with customers or colleagues.
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite.
- Agree with the company’s values and understand how digital communication is important today.
