What You Will Be Doing As Consumer Insight Analyst

• Understand the final objectives, key steps and deliverables expected from the projects, and how they contribute to the business.
• Write/adapt study documents (Screener, Questionnaire, Rotation plan). Validate study document content and ensure documents are consistent with brief received/minutes from meetings.
• Coordinate with customer on market research projects. Coordinate project with supplier on costs, timelines & deliverables. Do or supervise project administrative monitoring and keep internal teams proactively informed on the progress of projects.
• Create projects timelines. Write brief for supplier (incl. Test protocol guidance). Perform on-site visits for FW audit. Moderate qualitative research where applicable.
• Assess data and execute QC on datasets. Analyze large consumer and market data sets. Contribute to create projects reports and co-present standard projects within the team.
• Conduct statistical analysis for generating insights. Write conclusions and make recommendations independently. Create projects reports and present standard projects internally.

Skills Required for Consumer Insight Analyst

• Understand the interrelation between each other’s tasks and take them into account to plan own tasks, especially while working with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of different types of research & application of the same, different tools used for Market Research – SPSS, Cross Tabs, etc. Capacity to defend and argument on statistical choices and reasoning.
