Responsibility For Associate Service Desk Analyst

  • 1st level technical support to end user (via phone, email or chat).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Ticketing system – record, follow and administer support tickets;
  • Transfer the hard technical issues to respective support teams.
  • Perform incident resolution in a timely manner and within the SLAs
  • Assist user with their password reset, account access and setup of the system.

Eligibility Criteria
