Key Responsibilities of a Assistant Project Manager

• Monitoring the execution of work at site to ensure alignment to the drawings and specification.
• Ensuring the workability and adherence to standards in the work statement/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring the alignment to the same at site. Responsible for all site work related documentation for the assigned items of work.
• Anticipate and flag imminent bottlenecks. Take steps to avoid delays. Furnish necessary reports of critical activities and super critical activities to client
• Advice contractors in enhancing the resource productivity by implementing various work study techniques
• Monitor procurement of materials, equipment and labour by contractors with respect to the time schedule and advise them suitable measures for improvement
• Assisting QA/QC – in – charge in ensuring all quality parameters are met.
• Assisting the safety team in implementing the safety standards at site; provide all support for making job safety analysis.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager

• Manage the whole project lifecycle from starting, planning to executing and monitoring to closing in order to meet the client’s specific requirements and organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets to support appropriate resource allocations for timely milestone accomplishment
• Plan and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams consisting of contractors, consultants, architects, as well as other personnel with internal homes to provide integrated projects.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and statutory regulations at all activities related to the project.
• Now you are busy negotiating contracts, and managing your relationships with suppliers, so that you can get these products manufactured in a cost-effective and efficient way.
