Responsibilities For Services Associate Role
- Performing specific duties to support compliance with organizational policies and professional standards of independence, compliance and risk areas.
- To consult with professionals and affiliated member firms for any support required for compliance and to bring up matters of standard difficulty.
- Applying knowledge of policies and professional practice to identify, enrich and clarify exceptions within a timely timeframe
- Ensuring financial relationships, business offers and other compliance related documents are congruent with the organization’s standards.
- Supporting the team in the creation of innovative ideas, optimum adjustments and design templates.
Required
- Postgraduate degree (Master of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or equivalent qualification in finance)
- 0 – 3 years” experience in compliance, risk, finance, independence, or similar support functions
- Understanding of financial products (e.g. equities, mutual funds, loans, insurance)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar research tools
- Experience with sensitive and/or confidential work
