Keep track of load trends to help optimize delivery and pickup schedules.
Monitor day-to-day in and out-bound operations to ground level i.e. first & last mile connectivity.
•Monitor compliance with regulations, from accurate documentation through exception resolution.
Manage shipments being handled and delivered safely, we’re now limiting RTO and undelivered.
Oversee vehicle availability and co-ordinate with service providers.
People Management:
Run day-to-day BPO briefings and enforce discipline on operational workflows and SOPs.
Lead and support staff by creating a culture of performance.
Training of staff will form a part of regular operational activities.

Roles & Responsibilities ForManager – Business Development
Develop and grow all categories – DP, International, Retail, Cargo & E-Retail through strong sales strategies.
Track branch revenue against targets and investigate variances as they occur and take appropriate action.
Compliance to the Sops and Sales Process in Branch.
Maximize profitability of branch customers and key accounts through frequent analysis, relationship management.
Follow through on product generated sales leads to completion in a timely manner with the Telemarketing team.
Initiate pricing discussions and service offers with customers, within pricing guidelines.
Monitor product wise yielding and develop programs to achieve fixed targets.
Build and nurture relationships with potential large customers as well as channel partners to drive revenue growth.
Oversee collections and accounts receivable in a manner that achieves financial objectives.
Daily updates of prospect information on the SAFFIRE software program and notify internal and external customers of concerns.
