Key Responsibilities of a Assistant Manager
- Oversee the work of their staff, and meet work deadlines
- Task delegation and employee performance tracking
- Participate in planning schedules, targets and work plans
- Respond to customer or client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep routine records and submit reports with such information as the number of blue coupons redeemed.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Assist in training and mentoring of new staff members.
- Liaise between the management and staff to facilitate good communication
- Monitor productivity and suggest improvements
- Aid with accomplishing business objectives and production schedules
- Perform some rudimentary admin and operational tasks
Key Responsibilities of a Sr. Executive
- To be in touch with suppliers/ transporters for orders/ deliveries.
- Responsible for achievement of shift/day production target
- Responsible for operating plant as per SOP and achieving production as per hold quality parameters of product
- Check and Record All the process parameters of Operation / Product Quantity, Plant efficiency, raw materials/ consumables utilization on daily basis and suggest for improvement wherever applicable.
- Monitor process / quality parameter as per SOP and enter in log book, decision on changing plant conditions to meet production
- Debugging plant breakdown, report plant breakdown/ report maintenance needs of the plant
