What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reply to customer tickets with meaningful and personal exchanges
• Training customers on platform capabilities and best practices
• Propose solutions that can drive impact across a number of customers for challenges you see repeated
• Write new and updating articles on KB to optimize self-service resources
• Own customer challenges independently while working closely with your team
• Perform triaging, escalating and tracking of incidents or customer-impacting events
• Keep pace with changes in your product, process and policy.
• Promote best practices and help continuously improve the team
