- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily workflow of the dark store, focusing on efficient order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure quick and accurate fulfillment of online orders.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of store staff, fostering a positive and performance-oriented work environment while providing guidance and support.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, oversee inventory audits, manage stock replenishment cycles, and work to minimize stock shrinkage to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.
