Roles & Responsibility required for Software Engineer
- Conduct general application development tasks such as unit testing, deployment to development environment and technical documentation.
- Complete work on one or more projects, participate in unfamiliar code written by team members.
- Troubleshoot and troubleshoot performance problems.
- Join the Estimation process, case specifications, Test plan and Test case reviews, Requirements review and Project planning.
- Write documentation and have procedures in place to have another developer come in and contribute with ease.
- Create and deploy the applications from the backend to UI layer with emphasis on operational excellence, security and scalability.
- Implement modern approaches to software development (serverless, microservices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, etc.).
Eligibility Criteria for Software Engineer
- 3+ years of experience with software development in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience using software build management tools (Maven or Gradle) of 3+ years.
- 2+ years’ experience with software testing, performance, and quality engineering techniques and strategies
- 1 year or more of experience in Cloud technology (GCP, AWS or Azure)
