- Supervise the investigation of any suspected infraction of Disciplinary Regulations for test takers.
- Interviewing test takers with the necessary paperwork.
- Assist test takers to finish the exam’s prerequisites Validate and verify the identity of the test taker.
- Supervise the examination for the full period and record it in the database.
- Join weekly review meetings.
- Report any technical issues that arise during the exam to the technical support team.
- Provide outstanding customer care to test takers and clients by utilizing the business’s customer support tools, which include chat and email help.
