Role and Responsibility for International Voice Process Executive

  • Information Presentation: Presenting complete and accurate information concerning claims processed or benefits covered over the counter.
  • Issue Resolution: Providing telephone inquiry regarding policy coverage, claim status and other policy related questions.
  • Research & Support: Research and discussing options for multiple facets of an insured’s policy, including the insured- related information on a case (e.g., claim status, PDP or PPO application status.
