Roles & Responsibilities For Shift Incharge
- Maintain your daily schedule, employee shift and time off requests.
- Track all department activity to achieve our production targets.
- Give tasks to workers and monitor their performance throughout the day.
- Meet our cut-off times when it comes to daily production targets.
- Get new hires up to speed fast with easy-to-upload training.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints, including contributing to root cause analysis as appropriate.
- Keep track of daily production reports,ageing reports and maintain files for DPR (Daily Production Report), GRN Proformas& Hub Returns.
Roles & Responsibilities For Assistant Manager
- Assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of its internal controls over financial reporting, and any other matters it deems appropriate.
- Determine & champion the automation opportunities and reduce manual processes & controls.
- Analysing, Investigating & presenting the significant movement and trends in P&L Items with reason.
- Monthly & Adhoc MIS reports. • Verify that all payments are made in accordance with established procedures.
- GL/ Vendor reconciliation & getting vendor balance confirmations.
- Eliminations, cost center review and allocation analysis across sister companies.
- Closing of books of accounts on a monthly basis as specified.
