Key Responsibilities for Senior Analyst – Service Support Management:
- Providing c overage of the policy lifecycle services from design to delivery
- Serve as the first line of contact for the branch with broad based duties
- Attend renewal review meetings with Producer, CSM and sales team
- Proactively start pre and post renewal process early
- Manage a team of 5-7 Client Service Managers in the branch
- Oversee follow-up of triggered actions to verify the accuracy and timeliness there of
- Address queries efficiently by maximizing first time resolution at service center
- Works with branch to identify time consuming work that may be offshored to service center
- Promote a high level of teamwork and foster relationships with branch staff in order to a create an optimal customer experience.
